Designation Criteria
A business may be formally designated as Not Recommended when one or more of the following apply: (1) multiple verified complaints with documented evidence; (2) confirmed official disciplinary action by a Florida licensing board or agency; (3) independently verified pattern of conduct harmful to accident victims; (4) failure to respond to a formal inquiry from PIP Pain Injury within 30 days. Designation is reviewed annually and may be reversed upon appeal.
